Lemon butter garlic fish is a mild pan seared fish recipe. Here we have used fish fillets. Normal whole fish can also be used.

| 1 Pinch | Turmeric powder |
| 1 Tbsp. | Garlic chopped fine |
| 1 Tbsp. | Butter, unsalted |
| 1 Tbsp. | Olive oil |

| 2 Tsp. | Lime juice |
| 2 Tsp. | Pepper powder |
1) Apply salt, turmeric powder and 1/2 of lemon juice to fish and keep aside to marinate for 1/2 an hour.
2) Heat butter and oil together.
3) Saute garlic till light brown in color.
4) Add fish fillets and fry on both sides till done.
5) Remove to a serving plate & drizzle with the remaining lemon juice.
Serve with a salad or as an accompaniment with herbed garlic rice.
