This is a common Indian salad served both at home in restaurants.
1) Salads taste best when freshly cut & if veggies are slightly cold,

1) Cut all vegetables into roundels.
2) Just before serving, sprinkle salt and squeeze lime.
Serve with meat , fish or any meal. It can also be eaten as a meal on it's own.
