1) This is a concentrate. Add chilled water to the required qty of syrup. You may need around 2 tbsp of concentrate for about 1 glass of lemon juice.
2) Concentrate can be kept in the fridge for about 2 weeks.

1) Boil sugar, mint, ginger and water together till it becomes thick and syrupy.
2) Strain the sugar syrup. Keep aside to cool.
3) When cool, add lemon juice. Mix well.
4) Strain & store in bottles in fridge.
Serve after adding chilled water.
