Barfi is a milk based sweet, typical in the northern states of India. There are different types of barfis available.

1 Cup | Mango pulp, fresh or tinned | |
0.5 Cup | Milk powder | |
1 Tbsp. | Lime juice | |
1 Sheet | Silver foil, edible |
1) Mix paneer, sugar, lime juice and mango pulp and cook on low flame till the whole mixture turns thick and starts to leave the sides of the pan.
2) Add milk powder and cook for another 8 to 10 minutes. Take off the fire.
3) Pour into a greased tray and spread.
4) Allow to cool.
5) Garnish with silver foil.
6) keep in the fridge and cut into pieces.
