Description

Smoothies are never strained like juice. So all the fibre is intact in a smoothie & hence healthier.
Nutella is chocolate-hazlenut spread originally of Italy. The main ingredients of Nutella are sugar, oil, Hazelnut, cocoa solids, and skimmed milk. In some brands traces of soya is also found.

Note

1) Use Cavendish or robusta or any other soft banana.
2) Adding sugar / honey is optional. If bananas are sweet, you may not require sugar or honey.
3) Nutella is available in supermarkets.

1  CupBananas, ripe, chopped
0.5  CupMilk, chilled
1  Tsp.Sugar / Honey
3  Tsp.Nutella

Method

1) Keep milk in the freezer to chill for around 30 minutes to chill.
2) Blend all ingredients together till well combined.

Serve chilled.
