Sambols are fresh or cooked relishes that enliven Sri Lankan meals of rice and curry.
1) Only fresh grated coconut and fresh curry leaves will give the real taste.

| 1 Tsp. | Ginger, chopped |
| 1 Tsp. | Black pepper corns |
| 1 Tsp. | Lime juice |
1) Grind all the ingredients together with as little or no water at all. Adjust seasoning.
Serve at room temperature with rice .
