Note

1) Got 25 rocks when scooped out in half table spoon measures.Totally it weighed 260 grams.
2) I used only dark chocolate compound. You can either use milk or a combination of dark and milk. compound can be substituted with pure chocolate.
3) keep a paper napkin in the plate in which almonds are to be microwaved, as this will absorb moisture.
4) The chocolate / compound should be at room temperature.
5) Even one drop of water in chocolate will cause it o seize. that is, it will harden and clump into a solid mass.

Method

1) Cut almond into slivers.
2) Spread them on a microwave safe plate and microwave for 2 minutes. Keep aside to cool. 3) Cut chocolate into chunks. Put in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for one and half minutes, by taking out after every 30 seconds and mixing well. Remove from microwave and keep stirring continuously till it cools a little.
4) keep a tray lined with butter paper or aluminium foil. Now mix in almonds into the chocolate. Stir well.
5) Take out scoops in a half tablespoon and put scoops of chocolate-almond mixture on butter paper.
6) Keep in the fridge to set for 3 hours.
7) Remove and wrap in colored foil and keep refrigerated.
