Description

Penne, is Pasta in the form of short wide tubes. Pollo in Italian means chicken and fungi is mushroom.

Note

1) I used Farfalle type of pasta instead of penne. (farfalle is also known as "bow-tie pasta"). The name is derived from the Italian word farfalla (butterfly).
2) Parmesan cheese can be subsited with cheddar cheese.
3) The Parsley available here is the curly parsley, but traditionally flat leaf parsley is used.
4) See the recipe of "how to cook dried pasta".
5) The cream used here is fresh dairy cream and not non-dairy whipping cream.
