1)If fresh strawberries are not available,use strawberry crush.
2)Smoothies are never strained like juice. So all the fibre is intact in smoothie & hence healthier.

1) Clean & cut strawberries and watermelon. 2) Freeze watermelon & strawberries.
3) Blend watermelon , strawberries, mint leaves & ginger in a blender.
4) Serve cold with ice cubes.
5) Do not strain.
