Description

Fish molly, or fish moilee or meen moilee is a mild sweet fish dish with gravy. Probably this was introduced by the British or was made for the English, as it is very mild to suit their taste buds and thick enough to mop up the gravy when having with bread.

Note

1) Never let 1st extract coconut milk. It may curdle & also curry will not be thick.
2) If you want a thicker gravy, add 1 tsp of cornflour after onions are fried. Saute lightly. do not brown. Then proceed as given in recipe.
3) If coconut vinegar is not available, add ordinary or apple cider vinegar. Do not use brown colored vinegar.
